Hatred and Anger; Anger and Hatred

I've always been a quick tempered person. After these few years of working, definitely I have learnt to be more patient and not to blow my top, a trait especially required in my occupation.

Recent one month, I've been a much happier person. This resolution of having "no hatred" definitely works. Frankly, I didn't read it from any self-help book, but suddenly one month ago, I've decided there is enough hatred in this world already, without me adding to the equation. I decided, from that day onwards, I will cease my hatred for any person. It seems like what you read in a book, I felt much relief and just much weight off my shoulder after practicing it for a few days. I hate nobody, and I passes the day being a much happier person. (note the sentence construction mistake)

I do remind myself that this policy has a dangerous close enemy of "bochap", a local slang for being indifference. Amazingly, I am happy that I still feel anger! Yes, I still feel it much so, except that the anger is there and than, and it must be for a positive action. I still get angry with my low EQ and IQ colleague for doing stupid things, I will lambast all there and than. And it stop. Period.

It feels good to be free again.

p.s I hope I can keep this resolution, not like the rest of my resolutionsss...

One Year

Wow...1 year flashes by yet again.

Amazing, I have been in my job for 3 years. I remember telling someone that I wish to try my luck and test my worth in the corporate world. That was why I resigned from my teaching position. As a matter of fact and without arrogance, I've been promoted 4 times in 3 years and has outshine my peers in the same industry. Tested and tried, I am thinking of what's next? I wonder when will my itchy buttocks sit still. haha...
